One of their responsibilities is to verify the correct installation of the bathroom pods by detecting any malfunction or nonconforming issues as well as a proper transit to site location of the finished product.
Immediately after installation, each bathroom pod is given a definitive QR-Code that will allow the client to access the Stone Bathwear After Sale Service Portal, providing all necessary information for proper maintenance as well as complete technical dossier and associated warranties.
