Our Ultra-Lux steel frame bathroom pod represents our flagship product and constitutes one of the reasons we have made such a strong and sudden impact on the prefabricated modular industry. The pod floor base utilizes a dense grade steel perimeter frame mount incorporating robust underlying steel support crossbeam profiles upon which a steel floor plate is mounted, assuring shell stability, strength and robustness over time. The vertical structure integrates special galvanized steel uprights and robust overhead crossbar profiles predrilled allowing for the passage of all electrical conduits and hydraulic pipes within the thickness of the pod structure. All Fermacell 15mm thick wall panels are mounted with openings already incorporated according to the project design and technical criteria. Finally, the monobloc ceiling unit complete with perimeter steel frame mount is firmly fixed.
