Once completed and carefully wrapped, our bathroom PODs are loaded onto curtain sider lorries and transported from our facility in Italy to the project-site on a just-in-time basis — with deliveries scheduled every two hours.

This approach ensures seamless coordination with site activities, reduces on-site storage needs and supports efficient installation.

As part of this development led by Stanhope, we supplied 549 prefabricated bathroom PODs, across 26 different typologies, tailored to meet the design and quality expectations of this unique scheme.

The Television Centre includes a collection of luxurious penthouse apartments, designed with exceptional attention to detail, space and comfort — combining heritage with contemporary living.
