Happy to share that St James White City Westmont has been recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Award, and we're proud to have been part of it!

As subcontractors, we know that great outcomes are built on great collaboration. For this project, Stone Bathwear delivered 714 bathroom PODs across 9 different typologies, supporting efficiency and quality throughout the build. This recognition fuels our commitment to deliver excellence, every single time.

It was a proud moment for the whole team, with our Project Director, Orjana Alizoti present to collect the award on behalf of everyone who contributed to making this project a success.

Bankside Yards is a 1.4 million sq ft development located along the iconic River Thames in the London Borough of Southwark. Opus, the 50 storey residential building will be the first to open: this riverside masterpiece will command unparalleled views over London.

For the main contractor, @multiplexconstruction_uk, StoneBathwear will be delivering 440 expertly crafted bathroom PODs across 53 unique typologies.

On this occasion, join us as we take you on a journey from our Italian factory to the construction site, showcasing the meticulous process behind each POD's manufacture and delivery.

🏗️🚚 We're excited to announce the delivery of the final batch of bathroom PODs for the @riverstonelondon Bishops Avenue residence!

This delivery marks an important step for StoneBathwear. Our contribution to this ambitious project involved the manufacturing of 226 bathroom PODs, realised across 54 typologies, each meticulously crafted to meet high-end standards for our valued client @watesgroup .

This project was certainly an exciting challenge, with 54 different typologies our team had to ensure each POD was tailored precisely to the specifications, delivering quality without compromise.

In keeping with the sustainable nature of this project, our factory-based construction approach helped minimise material waste and optimise resource efficiency. By operating in a controlled environment, we were also able to manage energy use effectively, reducing the overall carbon footprint.

Located in Hampstead, Riverstone Bishops Avenue will be an iconic residence for the over-65s, setting new standards in sustainability and social value, and we're proud to have been part of this landmark development.
